Cisse was previously listed as questionable with a hip injury, while Nixon missed practice last week due to a groin issue but returned to full participation. The Packers will be without Brandon St-Juste, who is out with a hamstring injury. Other notable inactives include guard Aaron Banks, also ruled out due to knee and toe issues. The Cowboys will be missing seven players including linebacker DeMarvion Overshown and running back Emari Demercado.
