The Green Bay Packers have donated nearly 400 trees to 16 communities in Brown County through their First Down for Trees program, which is now in its 16th year. The team contributes trees based on the number of first downs achieved during the previous season. This year's donation is part of a larger effort to reduce air pollution and manage stormwater runoff. Since the initiative began in 2011, close to 8,000 trees have been given to the area.
