Packers eye Colts' DeForest Buckner as key trade target for defense

Summary

The Green Bay Packers, following a 20-17 loss to the Detroit Lions, are seeking to bolster their defensive line. CBS Sports has recommended Colts defensive tackle DeForest Buckner as a trade target to address injuries impacting the team. Buckner, a two-time All-Pro, has been productive despite Indianapolis' struggles, recording 31 tackles and four sacks this season. The Packers are reportedly interested, but salary cap constraints could complicate negotiations. Recent reports indicate contact between the teams regarding Buckner's potential trade ahead of the November 10 deadline.
