Packers fans gather at Lambeau Field for training camp opening

Summary

Packers training camp kicked off on July 29 at Lambeau Field, with a significant turnout from fans. Coach Matt LaFleur expressed excitement about the upcoming season, mirroring the enthusiasm of the crowd. Children lined up in hopes of having players escort them while riding bicycles to practice, a tradition dating back to at least 1958. Despite a larger roster, not every child could be selected for the bike rides. The Packers enforced photography restrictions during certain practice times to safeguard team strategies, though enforcement proved challenging with the crowd size.
