Packers secure team-friendly extension for Devonte Wyatt

Devonte Wyatt has signed a three-year contract extension with the Green Bay Packers, worth $59.9 million, including $22.22 million guaranteed. The deal reduces his 2026 cap hit from $12.94 million to $8.44 million, providing vital cap relief for the team. Initially playing under a fifth-year option in 2026, Wyatt's extension includes roster bonuses conditional on his presence on the team for the start of the 2027 and 2028 seasons. The structure of the contract reflects typical Packers terms, offering flexibility and emphasizing the team's interest in keeping Wyatt healthy and performing well to secure the later years of the deal.
