Packers seen as potential trade destination for Vita Vea

Summary

Vita Vea of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has requested a trade if a contract is not reached. This situation has led to speculation that the Green Bay Packers could pursue Vea. With the Packers having sufficient cap space and a need to enhance their defensive line, Vea’s addition could significantly improve their run defense and pass rush. A potential trade could involve a second-round pick and player compensation, aligning with Green Bay’s current strategy to support quarterback Jordan Love.
