Paige Bueckers, Angel Reese injured ahead of WNBA All-Star weekend

Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese both suffered injuries leading up to the WNBA All-Star weekend. Bueckers was involved in a collision during a game between Dallas and Los Angeles and is currently in concussion protocol, missing the upcoming game against New York. Reese experienced a knee injury during a victory over Chicago and did not return to the game. She has been nominated as a reserve for the All-Star game. If either player cannot participate, WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert will designate a replacement. Kelsey Plum may also be in need of a replacement due to her own injury status.
