Exequiel Palacios will stay with Bayer Leverkusen after the club rejected a €20 million bid from Ipswich Town. The Premier League club was reportedly the first to make an official offer for the Argentine midfielder. However, Leverkusen is only open to negotiations if the offer is at least double that amount.
