Panama City Panthers earn 18-0 win over Alabama Wardawgs

The Panama City Panthers secured an 18-0 victory against the Alabama Wardawgs in a semi-professional football match at Gore Park on August 1. The Panthers' defense was particularly strong, marking their second consecutive shutout and improving their season record to 4-1 in the Gridiron Developmental Football League. Triston McCathern scored first with a 6-yard touchdown run, followed by Tyliek Mears extending the lead with a 10-yard run. Defensive efforts included two sacks by Devyn Thompkins and Treysean Prentice, and a touchdown from Ty Oates after a fumble recovery. The Panthers next face the Huntsville Rockets on August 8.
