Golf architect Kyle Phillips has initiated construction of the Pandion Club, a new private golf course in Estero, Florida, on the site of the Old Corkscrew Golf Club. The planned par-71 course will feature a design influenced by heathland courses in England and is set to open in 2027. Membership will be limited to 280, and the club will include practice facilities and a clubhouse inspired by the Lowcountry. The Hoffmann Family purchased the land in 2022, investing $14.5 million, and aims to create a unique experience for members. Bob Wren has been appointed as the director of agronomy for the club.
