Panthers acquire defensive tackle TeRah Edwards from the Chargers

The Carolina Panthers have completed a trade to acquire defensive lineman TeRah Edwards from the Los Angeles Chargers. As part of the transaction, the Panthers will send a 2028 sixth-round draft pick to the Chargers. Edwards is a 25-year-old defensive tackle who played collegiately at Illinois. While he has been on an NFL roster, he has yet to make an appearance in a regular-season game. The move provides additional depth for a Carolina defensive front currently anchored by Derrick Brown.
