Panthers OC Brad Idzik draws attention for potential future head coach openings

Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Brad Idzik has seen significant improvement in the team's passing game since he took over play-calling duties from head coach Dave Canaels. The Panthers rank first in passing offense, fourth in total offense, and fourth in scoring offense. Idzik's strategies have helped quarterback Bryce Young thrive despite a struggling offensive line. National media, including ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, predict increasing interest in Idzik for head coaching positions in 2027 due to his successful schemes. Fans and analysts are keen to see if the Panthers can retain Idzik beyond this season.
