Paris Saint-Germain begins contract extension negotiations with Kvicha Kvaratskhelia

Paris Saint-Germain has initiated discussions to extend the contract of winger Kvicha Kvaratskhelia. The 25-year-old is currently signed with the Ligue 1 club through 2029, but management intends to secure a new deal running until 2030 or 2031. This proposed agreement includes a salary increase for the Georgian international. The club aims to finalize the terms before the upcoming Ballon d'Or ceremony to avoid more complex negotiations should the player win the award. Kvaratskhelia joined the team from SSC Napoli in the winter of 2025 and has recorded 28 goals and 19 assists across 84 appearances. An agreement is considered likely to be reached in the coming weeks.
