Parramatta Eels interview Mike Rush for CEO position

The Parramatta Eels are in the process of selecting a new chief executive following the departure of Jim Sarantinos. Former St Helens executive Mike Rush is the frontrunner for the role, having reportedly met with the Eels about relocating to Australia. The Eels have missed the finals for four consecutive years, and Rush's successful tenure at St Helens, where he spent 27 years including 13 as CEO, adds weight to his candidacy. Other candidates have been considered, but Andrew Mikhail has withdrawn from the running after accepting a role with Football Australia.
