Patriots players gift school supplies to Woonsocket students

On August 4, Patriots players surprised 50 students from the Northern Rhode Island Boys & Girls Club in Woonsocket during the 'Get Fit for School' program. The students were initially invited to watch Patriots training camp, only to later receive backpacks filled with school supplies. This initiative, supported by Gatorade and the New England Patriots Foundation, aims to assist local youth in their academic pursuits. Approximately 30 percent of the participating children come from families living in poverty, making the assistance particularly meaningful. The program has successfully run for three consecutive years.
