Patriots re-sign offensive lineman Ben Brown and add linebacker Erick Hunter

The New England Patriots added two players to their 53-man roster on Tuesday following a series of roster adjustments. Offensive lineman Ben Brown rejoined the team one day after being released. Joining Brown on the active roster is linebacker Erick Hunter, who previously signed with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent out of Morgan State. The Patriots had two roster spots available after Monday's transactions, allowing for the signings without further moves. Additionally, the team bolstered its practice squad by signing linebacker K.J. Britt, defensive tackle Jalen Hunt, offensive lineman Jake Kubas, and linebacker Jose Ramirez. Brown brings interior line experience to the team, having started 10 games at center in 2024 and four games at guard last season.
