The New England Patriots will conduct a workout for former practice squad tight end Thomas Odukoya this week as training camp begins. Odukoya's contract expired in February after a season spent on and off the squad, capped by a broken leg that sidelined him last December. Now fully healthy, he has the chance to secure a roster spot among the tight ends, where depth is uncertain following Julian Hill's season-ending injury. The Patriots open camp with their first practice scheduled for Saturday at 10:15 a.m. ET.
- •Odukoya joined the Patriots' practice squad in 2025 after three seasons with the Titans.
- •Julian Hill suffered a season-ending injury during offseason workouts.
- •The Patriots currently have a full roster but can add Odukoya as a roster-exempt player.
- •The first training camp practice is scheduled for Saturday at 10:15 a.m. ET.
