Paul Pierce encourages Jaylen Brown as he joins 76ers from Celtics

Summary

Boston Celtics legend Paul Pierce expressed support for Jaylen Brown as he transitions to the Philadelphia 76ers after a significant trade. Brown arrives from the Celtics in exchange for Paul George, along with two first-round and two second-round picks. Faced with past criticisms, Brown is urged by Pierce to channel that doubt into motivation as he aims to elevate the 76ers alongside Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid. Brown previously helped the Celtics secure a championship in 2024 and is expected to provide a crucial scoring role for Philadelphia as they seek postseason success.
