Paulo Costa signs with Matchroom Talent Agency for management representation

UFC fighter Paulo Costa has agreed to terms with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Talent Agency for both management and representation. The middleweight and light heavyweight contender confirmed he received a contract from Hearn and intends to finalize the deal, pending a return email. Costa noted that the professional relationship is expected to cover his career affairs entirely. This development follows a series of recent acquisitions by the agency, which has begun expanding into the MMA space by signing prominent UFC athletes such as Tom Aspinall and Ian Machado Garry. Matchroom Sport, previously known strictly as a boxing promotional powerhouse, established the talent management division earlier this year. Costa stated his decision was driven by the business expertise Hearn brings to the professional fight.
