Pedro Neto linked with Manchester City and Liverpool amid Chelsea squad changes

Pedro Neto, currently with Chelsea, may be targeted by Manchester City and Liverpool as the transfer window approaches. After making over 100 appearances for Chelsea since joining from Wolverhampton Wanderers, Neto's role is uncertain under new manager Xabi Alonso. Chelsea's recent investment in Morgan Rogers could further limit Neto's opportunities, and while he is not officially transfer listed, reports suggest Chelsea would seek a significant fee if interest arises. The club spent over £50 million to acquire Neto, who has scored 19 goals and provided 19 assists in his tenure.
