Penn State offers rising star Tevin Owen-Cratsenberg from WPIAL

Penn State extended an offer to Tevin Owen-Cratsenberg, a standout running back from the Class of 2028, on September 19, 2026. Owen-Cratsenberg, playing for Highlands in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, is currently leading the WPIAL in rushing with 733 yards and nine touchdowns. He recently showcased his talent with over 300 rushing yards and four touchdowns in a game. This marks Penn State as the first Power Five school to offer him, positioning them favorably in his recruiting process. Other schools like Kent State and Bowling Green have also expressed interest.
