Penn State prepares for Alex McLaughlin in matchup against Washington

Penn State is set to face Washington with key player Alex McLaughlin leading the Huskies' defense. McLaughlin, a versatile safety, currently has 57 total tackles this season and is tied for the team lead in sacks, tackles for loss, and interceptions. After earning the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week award for a game-clinching pick six, McLaughlin's presence will pose significant challenges to Penn State's offense. The Nittany Lions, coming off a game without turnovers against Purdue, will need to adjust strategies with several offensive key players absent as they confront Washington's strong defensive unit.
