Perth Bears pursue Cody Walker and Latrell Mitchell from Rabbitohs

The Perth Bears are reportedly preparing to make offers to South Sydney Rabbitohs stars Cody Walker and Latrell Mitchell. Walker's contract negotiations have become uncertain, with the Rabbitohs initially lowballing his offer, and reports suggest the Bears may present a more attractive proposal for 2027. Meanwhile, Mitchell, who is off-contract at the end of 2027, can start negotiating with other clubs soon, and the Bears are considering a significant bid. Rabbitohs negotiations with Mitchell are paused until the pre-season, pending his recovery from injuries.
