Pro Football Focus has ranked Harold Fannin Jr. of the Cleveland Browns as the 19th best tight end in the NFL. Fannin set a collegiate record with 117 catches and 1,555 receiving yards in his final season at Bowling Green. He had a solid rookie season, recording 22 forced missed tackles and 359 yards after the catch. A breakout performance in the upcoming season could improve his ranking significantly.
