Phil Thompson questions Alexander Isak's World Cup game time impact

Phil Thompson raised concerns regarding Alexander Isak's game time at the World Cup, emphasizing his need for minutes to return to form. After a successful performance in Sweden’s victory over Tunisia, Isak's previous lack of playtime and injuries may hinder his readiness for club commitments next season. Sam Allardyce echoed this sentiment, noting that consistent World Cup appearances could benefit Isak's fitness. With his history of injuries causing him to miss 33 games last term, Isak's performance could significantly impact Liverpool's plans heading into the next campaign.
