Philadelphia Union beats FC Cincinnati 5-0 at Subaru Park

Philadelphia Union defeated FC Cincinnati 5-0 on Sept. 9 in a match played at Subaru Park. Obinna Nwobodo received a red card in the 16th minute, forcing Cincinnati to play with 10 men for the remainder of the contest. Bruno Damiani recorded a hat trick for Philadelphia, with Cavan Sullivan providing three assists. Milan Iloski and Quinn Sullivan also scored for the hosts. With the loss, Cincinnati dropped to seventh place in the Major League Soccer Eastern Conference standings. Cincinnati faces Charlotte FC at home on Sept. 12 without both Nwobodo and Evander, who are suspended due to card accumulation.
