The victory extends the Union's unbeaten run to nine matches, a streak dating back to May 24. FC Cincinnati played with 10 men for most of the match after Obinna Nwobodo received a straight red card in the 16th minute. Cavan Sullivan contributed three assists for the Union, maintaining his point-contribution streak at six games.
