Phillies recall Rafael Marchán and Grant Holman to expand roster

The Philadelphia Phillies expanded their active roster to 28 players on September 1, 2026, by adding catcher Rafael Marchán and right-handed pitcher Grant Holman. Marchán was reinstated from the 10-day injured list after completing a rehab assignment with Lehigh Valley, while Holman was recalled from the same Triple-A affiliate.
