The Phoenix Mercury announced on August 3 that they have signed rookie forward Marta Suarez for the remainder of the season. Suarez, who was selected 16th overall by the Seattle Storm in the 2026 WNBA Draft, was traded to the Mercury by the Golden State Valkyries shortly after the draft.
