Pickerington Central defeated Lancaster 40-7 on Sept. 25 during homecoming at Fulton Field. The Tigers took control immediately with an 88-yard kickoff return for a touchdown by Edmund McAllister III. They took a commanding 20-0 lead by the end of the first quarter and led 26-0 at halftime. Lancaster showed improvement in the second half, scoring a touchdown, but could not overcome the first-half deficit. With this victory, Pickerington Central improves to 3-3 overall and 3-0 in the conference, while Lancaster falls to 1-5 and 1-2.
