Pierre Gasly regains third place at Monaco Grand Prix after appeal

Pierre Gasly has had his third-place finish at the Monaco Grand Prix reinstated following a successful appeal by Alpine F1. Initially dropping to seventh due to two five-second penalties for pit-lane speeding, Gasly's reinstatement resulted from concerns about the timing and penalties applied during the race. The FIA accepted Alpine’s Right of Review, allowing the rescinding of the penalties. As a result, Isack Hadjar moves down to fourth, while Oscar Piastri, Liam Lawson, and Arvid Lindblad each drop one position. Alpine expressed gratitude to the FIA and is focused on the upcoming Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix.
