Pistons target Iowa guard in mock draft as Michigan boasts three first-rounders

Summary

In CBS Sports' latest mock draft, the Detroit Pistons are projected to select Iowa point guard Bennett Stirtz with the 21st overall pick. Stirtz, noted for his shooting ability, averaged 19.8 points per game last season and excelled in three-point shooting. In the same mock draft, three players from Michigan are expected to be chosen in the first round: Aday Mara at No. 11, Yaxel Lendeborg at No. 12, and Morez Johnson Jr. at No. 14. This marks a strong showcase for Michigan's basketball program leading up to the NBA Draft on June 23-24. Former Michigan player Tarris Reed Jr. is also listed as a potential late first-round pick at No. 24 for the New York Knicks.
