Pittsburgh Steelers center Ryan McCollum receives low Madden 27 rating

The Pittsburgh Steelers' center Ryan McCollum has one of the lowest ratings in EA's Madden 27, ranked at 54 overall. This places him just two points above the game's lowest-rated player, quarterback Shane Buechele of the Buffalo Bills. McCollum joined the Steelers after stints with the Detroit Lions and the Houston Texans, ultimately securing a role on Pittsburgh's offensive line. He signed a one-year contract with the Steelers in March 2026, aiming to contribute despite the low rating in the popular video game. The player ratings have generated discussions about potential updates ahead of the upcoming NFL season.
