President Trump to attend Army-Navy game at MetLife Stadium

President Donald Trump is scheduled to attend the Army-Navy football game at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on December 12. This will be Trump's third consecutive year attending the matchup between the Army Black Knights and Navy Midshipmen, and his seventh time overall as president or president-elect. The Army-Navy game, one of college football's historic rivalries, originated in 1890 and traditionally concludes the college football regular season. It returns to MetLife Stadium for the first time since 2021, after Trump issued an executive order last March to prevent postseason games from conflicting with the event. The 12 teams selected for this season's College Football Playoff will be announced on December 6.
