Pumas defeated Chivas Femenil 2-0 during their Apertura 2026 Matchday 5 contest at AKRON Stadium. Stephanie Ribeiro opened the scoring for the visitors in the 4th minute, followed by a goal from Cristina Torres in the 26th minute. Despite a tactical adjustment by head coach Antonio Contreras at halftime and a red card issued to Priscila Chinchilla of Pumas in the 69th minute, the Guadalajara side could not overcome the early deficit.
