2027 five-star forward Qandace Samuels has named the University of Tennessee among her top 10 schools for basketball. The 6-foot-2 prospect from Bishop McNamara High School in Maryland is highly ranked, listed as No. 12 overall in the 247Sports Composite rankings. Samuels has received multiple SEC scholarship offers, with Tennessee extending an offer on February 18, 2026. As of now, Tennessee does not have any commitments for its 2027 recruiting class. The NCAA Division I women's basketball early signing period will occur from November 11-18, 2026.
