Qualifying rounds begin for 98th Bloomington City Golf Tournament

The 98th annual Bloomington City Golf Tournament will hold qualifying rounds at Cascades Golf Course starting June 27 at 7:30 a.m. Area golfers will compete across 36 holes on the Quarry-Pine layout, aiming for spots in the Championship flights. Defending champions Jason Bannister, Chad Osborne, and Ike Martin may skip qualifying as they receive automatic seeds. A total of 28 golfers will compete in the Men's division, alongside 19 in Seniors and 24 in Super Seniors, with the top 15 from each eligible to advance when match play begins on July 11-12. Registration for other divisions continues until July 1, with a qualifying round required by that date.
