Former NBA player Quincy Pondexter has been named the head coach of the Windy City Bulls, the G League affiliate of the Chicago Bulls. This role marks the 38-year-old’s first head coaching opportunity at any professional level. Pondexter spent the previous years as an assistant coach at the University of Washington and the USC Trojans following his nine-year playing career. The transition to the G League sidelines follows a playing tenure that included time with the New Orleans Hornets, Memphis Grizzlies, San Antonio Spurs, and Chicago Bulls.
