Quinton Kitt schedules official visit to Illinois for October

Quinton Kitt, a 2027 basketball commit for Illinois, plans to take an official visit to the university on October 22. Kitt, a 6-foot-6 forward from East Peoria, has been committed to Illinois since November, turning down offers from schools such as Iowa, Michigan, and Northwestern. He is currently rated as a four-star prospect and ranks No. 74 nationally according to 247Sports Composite. Kitt previously visited Illinois last August and expressed a desire to develop his skills and compete at the NCAA level. He is joined in the 2027 recruiting class by fellow four-star prospect Mason Martin from Neuqua Valley.
