Former cricketer R Ashwin has recommended that the Mumbai Indians trade Hardik Pandya to the Kolkata Knight Riders for Rinku Singh and Harshit Rana. With the Mumbai franchise finishing ninth this season in the IPL, speculation has intensified regarding Pandya's future with the team. Ashwin believes that unless Mumbai receives both players in a trade, it risks strengthening a rival significantly. The ongoing discussion stems from Pandya's declining performance this season, where he scored 206 runs and took only four wickets over ten matches. Reports indicate that negotiations with Chennai Super Kings and KKR are possible, but Pandya's recent form and fitness challenges add complexity to any potential deal.
