Rafa Marquez adds Guardado, Lillo to Mexico national team coaching staff

Rafa Marquez will debut as Mexico's national team manager on September 26 against Colombia. He has appointed Andres Guardado, Mexico's all-time appearance leader, and Juan Manuel Lillo, Pep Guardiola's former assistant, to his coaching staff. Alongside them are goalkeeper coach Xabier Mancisidor and fitness coach Pol Lorente. Guardado, who recently completed his playing career, expressed readiness to take on the new challenge after coaching youth players at Real Betis.
