San Francisco Giants infielder Rafael Devers hit two home runs in a 9-5 win over the New York Mets, extending a recent hot streak. Over his last six games, Devers recorded six home runs and seven walks, placing him alongside Willie Mays and Barry Bonds as the only Giants players to achieve those totals in a six-game span since 1900. Devers now has 35 home runs on the season, surpassing the 2025 total of Willy Adames. With 19 games remaining on the schedule, he holds 34 doubles and 91 RBIs. The slugger is currently on pace to reach 40 home runs, a milestone no San Francisco player has achieved since Barry Bonds in 2004. He also maintains a potential path to becoming the first player in franchise history to record 40 doubles, 40 home runs, and 100 RBIs in a single season.
