RAGBRAI riders tackle record 160-mile day across Iowa

Riders participating in RAGBRAI faced a record-long day on July 23, completing a challenging 160-mile route in cool temperatures and strong headwinds. This year, RAGBRAI introduced the America 250 Double Loop as part of the event's 53-year history. Approximately 600 riders took on the extended route, starting from Jesup and finishing in Independence.
