Raiders hold workouts for free agent edge rushers Azeez and BJ Ojulari

The Las Vegas Raiders conducted workouts for brothers Azeez Ojulari and BJ Ojulari on September 3. Both players entered the NFL as second-round draft selections and were recently waived by their respective teams during the final roster cutdown period. Azeez Ojulari, 26, recorded 22.0 sacks over four seasons with the New York Giants before spending time with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Atlanta Falcons. Younger brother BJ Ojulari, 24, played for the Arizona Cardinals and posted four sacks across 25 career appearances. The Raiders are currently evaluating options to bolster their pass rush depth following an Achilles injury sustained by rookie Keyron Crawford. The team is carrying only four edge rushers on the active roster and two on the practice squad. It remains to be seen if the organization will move to sign either player to address these personnel needs.
