Raiders host tryouts for Evan Neal and Marquez Valdes-Scantling

The Las Vegas Raiders held tryouts for 16 players on Thursday. The group featured offensive lineman Evan Neal, a former first-round pick who previously played for the New York Giants. Wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling also participated in the workout after his recent release from the Dallas Cowboys. Valdes-Scantling recorded 14 combined catches during the 2025 season while splitting time between the San Francisco 49ers and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The workout session included several other players, such as defensive end David Ojabo and linebackers Azeez Ojulari and B.J. Ojulari. The team evaluated this group as it looks to assess depth options across the roster. No further announcements regarding roster moves followed the workout.
