Raiders lose waived players to other teams after roster moves

The Raiders have lost another player to a waiver claim following a recent roster adjustment. After the team claimed Bryce Cabeldue off waivers from the Seahawks, they waived Atonio Mafi. The Titans subsequently claimed Mafi, preventing the Raiders from adding the guard to their practice squad as originally intended. This follows a similar incident after the initial roster cutdown deadline, when the Raiders claimed Darrell Luter from the 49ers and subsequently waived Decamerion Richardson. Richardson was then claimed by the Saints. These consecutive departures have limited the team's depth options for the practice squad. Mafi saw action in three games for the Raiders last season, including two starts. With his departure, Evan Neal remains the only guard currently on the Raiders' practice squad.
