Raiders rookie Mike Washington ranks seventh among preseason rookies

Las Vegas Raiders running back Mike Washington Jr. has been recognized for his strong preseason performance, ranking No. 7 on Pro Football Focus' list of the highest-graded rookies as of Week 2. Washington achieved an overall grade of 88.5 and leads NFL running backs with at least five carries, holding a 90.3 rushing grade. He has produced notable plays, including a 53-yard run against the Arizona Cardinals and a 33-yard run versus the Houston Texans. Given Ashton Jeanty’s uncertain return from an ankle injury, Washington is poised for more workload in the upcoming season.
