Raiders sign Brandon Johnson following minicamp tryout

The Raiders have signed wide receiver Brandon Johnson after he participated in minicamp on a tryout basis. Johnson, who was previously with the Broncos and Steelers, impressed the coaching staff enough to earn a place on the team's offseason roster. In a corresponding move, the Raiders placed undrafted free agent Corey Rucker on injured reserve. After entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2022, Johnson achieved career highs in his second season with the Broncos, recording 19 receptions for 284 yards and four touchdowns.
