Rampulla advocates for Juventus to maintain Spalletti amid managerial changes

Michelangelo Rampulla has spoken out in favor of Juventus retaining coach Luciano Spalletti amid instability at the club. Juventus has cycled through at least five permanent managers since 2020, reflecting ongoing challenges. Rampulla argues that changing managers frequently does not build the necessary team identity or competitiveness. He stresses the importance of stability in developing a successful roster and the long-term vision required for improvement. As the Bianconeri face pressure for results, considerations surrounding Spalletti’s job security remain high.
