Rams announce joint practice dates with Cowboys and Saints in August

The Los Angeles Rams will conduct joint practices with the Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints in August, hosting both teams in Los Angeles. The Rams will practice with the Cowboys on August 11 and with the Saints on August 20. These practices come as the Rams prepare for training camp, which begins on July 25. Rams head coach Sean McVay values joint practices to provide quality work for starters while minimizing injury risk compared to traditional preseason games. Other teams with joint practices this summer will include the Jaguars, Saints, and Titans, who will hold three sessions each.
